We will email or fax to you a prompt acknowledgement of claim and forward a demand letter to the debtor in his language immediately. We do not require a foreign power of attorney for foreign co-counsel to handle the case nor a corporate resolution unless absolutely required by defendant corporation when disbursement is made.

Our foreign co-counsel will attempt to schedule a conference with the defendant corporation to reach an amicable resolution of the claim. Our U.S. offices will continue to communicate with the defendant corporation, and stay actively involved in the negotiations working with our foreign co-counsel. We advise you promptly through electronic mail of the defendant's response to our demand for payment and keep you informed of any settlement offers.
